I want to take this time to recognize Riley. My son had a couple of flat tires from spikes at an apartment complex near by. He was able to get to the parking lot of your business location. A couple of the car's lug nuts were stripped and we had no tools to get them off. My son was exhausted trying to take off the tires. Riley came over and offered to help. Once we returned with the lug nut extractor, Riley came over and assisted my son with removing the all of the lug nuts from our tires with his handy tool and also made it where we didnt have to make multiple trips to get each of the tires replaced. When we returned with the tires, my son was putting the tires back on himself to avoid bothering Riley again but Riley came back out anyway and assisted with putting the tires back on. I know there is still good people out here but I just thank the Lord, Riley is one of them. I can tell he is a wonderful person with a compassinate spirit. Thank you Riley for making our day much easier. Much success to you, your family, and your business🙂

We have a vacation home in the Colorado River with our own well. The well is shallow, 40 feet and the water we pump out has a lot of iron in it. When the wind blows, the sprinklers get water on the house and garage and after a short while it leaves a brown rust stain. I have used a number of products to try and remove the stains but none has worked as well as this. We Have alumiwood awning posts that when sprayed with this product, the rust runs right off without scrubbing. Great stuff.

I wanted to like my experience with Captains Preferred Products and help support a new business, but sadly I will be taking my business elsewhere next time around. I ordered the Pro Restoration Kit and it was delayed in shipping out, took over 10 days. I received no notifications or response and was forced to reach out by phone calls, email and contact us form. I received no response on any method for many days until a brief email saying their warehouse was running behind. I eventually received the kit after almost 2 weeks and they didn't send me step 2 of the 4 step kit so I cannot use it, they didn't send me the medium grit orange compound. Again I emailed and called them and still haven't received a response or shipment. Also the order was received poorly packaged with ripped packing tape, damaged box and products loosely packaged. This business needs some serious attention in warehousing, Customer service and care if they plan to succeed. I may order again in the far future in hopes they've matured. I had high hopes, but they lost me as a future customer on all fronts of the transaction.

Doesn't really remove mildew very well. Lightens it a bit, maybe.
