About Captains' Boat Poles & Handles
The right pole makes every job on the water easier. Whether you're scrubbing the deck, docking at the marina, or pushing off a sandbar, you need a handle that won't let you down. That's exactly what you'll find here.
At Captains Preferred Products, we design our poles and handles for real-world use on the water. That means solid construction, secure grip, and hardware that holds up to saltwater, sun, and everything in between. No wobbly connections. No twisting that loosens mid-clean. Just tools that work the way they're supposed to.
Our 6ft Telescoping Handle is the everyday workhorse. Made from aluminum with a rubber grip and spring-pin locking system, it extends from 3'6" to 6' and pairs seamlessly with all our brush heads, shammy mop, and boat hook attachment. Three adjustable locking positions give you the right reach for any surface, and the quick-lock button system means no more fighting a twist handle to keep your brush head in place.
For boaters who want to step it up, our BlackLine Carbon Fiber Boat Poles are in a class of their own. Built from aerospace-grade carbon fiber with marine-grade aluminum hardware, these poles are light enough to use all day and tough enough for saltwater conditions. The gimbaled butt end drops right into a standard rod holder for easy storage, textured grips keep your hands locked in when things get wet, and both sizes fit all of our brush and cleaning attachments. The Mini at 43.5" is ideal for smaller boats and tighter spaces, while the Pro XL at 61.75" gives you the reach you need on larger vessels and during cleaning days.
Both BlackLine poles are proudly made in the USA.
Whether you're outfitting your boat for the first time or upgrading from a flimsy handle that's been dragging you down, you'll find the right pole here.
