Brush Head Care Instructions:
Taking care of your boat brush is easy and it will help it last a lot longer. Follow these simple steps after every use:
- Rinse with fresh water. Salt and grime left on the bristles can break them down faster and cause them to lose their shape.
- Let it air dry before storing. Storing a wet brush in a closed space can lead to mildew and a musty smell.
- Keep it out of direct sun. UV rays and heat can dry out the bristles, making them stiff, brittle, and more likely to fall apart.
- Store it in a dry, covered spot, like a locker, dock box, or cabin, once it's dry.
