Returning Your Product

Returning your product is easy. We accept returns up to 30 days after your original purchase. Simply visit the Account Login page, log into your account to view your past orders, and select the order to request a return. 

Return Process

  1. Visit the Account Login page and log in to view past orders.
  2. Select the order or items you would like to return & request a return.
  3. Our team will respond with further instructions.
  4. Send your product back to us.
  5. We’ll process the return ASAP.

 

Exchanging Your Product

Alternatively, you can exchange your product for a different product or for store credit. Simply visit the Contact page and fill out an exchange request and we’ll process your exchange as soon as we receive the product.

  2. Our team will respond with further instructions.
  3. Send your product back to us.
  4. We’ll process the exchange and send you the new product.
