Premium Chamois Mop Head

Ordered a shammy mop and it came with a button that would get stuck and not release the mop head from handle. Called customer service and sent them picture: a) got a live customer service person immediately b) they apologized for the damaged mop and c) without hesitation sent me new mop. When does that ever happen?!! Will order from them again. Love the mop as well.

We had our 55' Sportfish painted a year ago that included everything waterline to hardtop. A few months after we got her home I searched for all new cleaning gear. I decided on CPP because of their quick responses to questions and overall support. I started out with the CPP soap, hand mitts, telescopic handle, brushes and a single hand chamois. The soap works extremly well and lasts much longer before refreshing than my previous brand. We have learned to use it sparingly since it goes a long way. The hand chamois also works extremly well and comes in its own container for storage. Its ready to go anytime for a quick clean up. After a couple of months I decided to purchase x2 more hand chamois to keep on board. They have worn much better than the previous ones we have had. Fast fwd a few more weeks and I ordered a chamois mop head. This mop head is perfect! Just the right amount of chamois strips to be absorbant and cover a large area. But without being too bulky. We are able to do the hull sides down to the boot stripe without touching to waterline. No fear of damagimg the paint with plenty of layers between the chamois material and the telescopic handle. It also comes in its own resealable bag to make it ready to go anytime! Very satisfied with CPP. Next is custom brushes with boat name on it!
