Perfect for when you can't reach with a handheld drying shammy, our shammy mop easily attaches to our telescopic brush handle (sold separately). Ordered a shammy mop and it came with a button that would get stuck and not release the mop head from handle. Called customer service and sent them picture: a) got a live customer service person immediately b) they apologized for the damaged mop and c) without hesitation sent me new mop. When does that ever happen?!! Will order from them again. Love the mop as well.
