CPP is truly a hands-on company. Our staff is made up of a strong team that’s always boating and fishing. Our deep love of the water is not just something we talk about. We have decades of hands-on experience. We only work with and promote products that we use ourselves every week. We are always looking for ways to improve upon our products that we offer, and, we are always just a phone call away!
Meet The Team
Ron Heisler
Founder / Operations
Ron has 30-plus years in the distribution sector, specializing in designing and bringing new products to market. For the first time, he gets to use his background for a market that he’s been rooted in for years, and loves. When not working, being on the water with his family is where you will find him.
He is excited to not only work in an industry that he loves and feels has always been such a big part of his life, but, he also gets to work with a great team that is eager to support customers all over the map.
Nick Heisler
Customer Service / Outside Sales
Nick is rooted deep in offshore fishing. He has years of experience fishing on large sportfish boats and has maintained some of the largest boats available.
Nick’s background gives him much-needed knowledge for the marine industry. Nick digs into customers’ problems so he can come up with the best long-term solution.
Riley Reed
Outside Sales
Riley has years of experience on a wide range of boats. He loves Bluewater fishing as well as loves all types of boating. When not on the water he enjoys building custom trucks. Riley brings great energy to the CPP team and our customers. He goes the extra mile to make sure they are well cared for.
Kelly Heisler
Billing and Accounting
Kelly brings so much to the CPP team. She handles all the AP/AR and payroll. Just like the rest of our team, her favorite place to be is on or in the water.
From fishing, diving, and spearfishing to floating on a sand bar, being on the water is her jam. When she’s working, she is team mom. She takes care off all of us along with our great customers.
